Introduction to Mindfulness

Paul Brennan will be holding an ” Introduction to Mindfulness” on the 9th of July from 4pm -5.30pm.  The aim of the introduction is to show how mindfulness works prior to running an 8 session course  on the different aspects of controlling the mind, improving our health and mental well being.  If you wish to book or have any questions then please get in touch with the studio.
