Good morning everyone,
Just to give you plenty of notice the next 2 Sunday’s (20th and 27th of August.) There will be no Sunday morning class. We will resume the class on Sunday the 3rd of September.
Don’t forget there are plenty of opportunities to win class passes, 1 to 1’s, or months membership. Check the website for details.
Have you signed up for Francine’s-108 Challenge????? Lets do something to help the Venus centre, burn a few calories ( to say the least) and have some fun and laughs together !
