Lots of workshops – you may want to do all of them, or maybe just one or two. There are a variety of topics – not just yoga……
In November and December we’re planning an education night with speakers to teach and demo a wide range of topics – from healing to PT’s, from reiki to aromatherapy. If you would like to speak/demo/teach please get in touch. Also our annual Christmas Fair will be bigger and better than before! If you would like to sell your goods the price is £10 per table (please bring your own) again, get in touch!!
Plus family yoga and childrens yoga workshops – Fancy Dress, Bonfire Party and Christmas Party with Nicky!! Dates to be confirmed.
