1-1 pilates:  If you prefer having a session in your own home, struggling with injuries or prefer 1-1 sessions then please get in touch. If you wish to use pilates to improve sporting performance I can provide structured training and routines.

For any that are carrying injuries, struggling or battling behind the scenes the Lifebalance team run healing days.  The team provide free treatment, help and healing to any who are suffering, feel forgotten, put others before themselves or do not have the money to pay for treatment.  We do accept donations if offered, this is used to cover the cost of the room hire.
