Introducing Our New Teacher Lisa Baker!
We are welcoming Lisa Baker to the team this week with her classes starting tomorrow morning at 10am. Lisa teaches with an breath of fresh air, bringing a genuine energy into the studio.
Lisa trained in ballet from a young age and went on to perform professionally for 10 years across Europe, North and South America.
She started taking yoga classes as part of her dance training to increase strength and flexibility but then realised that those benefits were only the tip of the iceberg and there was so much more to yoga.
After retiring from dancing in 2013, Lisa decided to train as a yoga teacher and followed the path of Raja Yoga, training in Costa Rica qualifying December 2015 with the yoga alliance RYT200.
“I love to blend all elements of wellbeing, creating a healing and uplifting yoga practice body, mind and spirit”.

• Thursday 8pm Warm Gentle Stretch – A candlelit weekending treat, with gorgeous comforting smells to relaxing and calm the mind and body.
• Friday 10am Warm Gentle Stretch which deeply satisfies your Friday morning.
If you’re looking to completely relax into a deep stretch, like a moving meditation, a safe & protected meditation, incorporating ballet stretches, strength, injury recovery/prevention – all whilst being led by some mindfulness teachings and comforting words then you have the right teacher in the right studio!
