Conflict and Peace:  To know peace we have to understand war. Be that actual war or the personal battles we go through at times. For through the conflict of war we can understand our differences and importantly resolve issues with ourselves or those with others
***
The mind can be peaceful and full of conflict in equal measure depending upon outward influences and situations life throws our way. Understanding how and why this may be happening allows us to clear our thoughts and reset our energy levels once more.
***
The Art of War is an ancient Chinese book dating from the 5th century BC . The work, which is attributed to the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu is composed of 13 chapters. Each one is devoted to a different set of skills or art related to warfare and how it applies to military strategy and tactics.
***
There is no reason why we cannot reverse engineer this method of thinking and create our own system for internal and external peace.
***
Edward De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats is a fine example of breaking down a problem into compartments in order to find an amenable solution that all will find comfortable with.(Conflict Resolution)
***
It can be easy to allow an issue a problem to fester and with time those feelings or problems become worse or more intense, especially through long-term neglect or total indifference.
***
Without a willingness to make peace either with yourself or others then the turmoil and possible suffering will go unchecked and unresolved. We should always seek resolution for only with the desire to make things better will we learn to move forward in life.
***
It is understandable that we may not always feel in the right frame of mind or be strong enough to deal with an issue/problem directly ourselves.  This is why it is important to seek help and guidance from others.
***
Talking about our problems can help us process them and experience a sense of release, which can be especially helpful during difficult times.
***
To know war/conflict is the first step to finding peace. For realising the issue/problem directly ourselves takes us on a path to future peace and harmony.
***
No one is saying it is easy but the outcome of understanding where it has gone wrong can only bring future rewards.
***
In  the Chimp Paradox book by Steve Peters  he writes about The Stone of Life technique, which encourages individuals to make decisions in line with their core values and virtues, which can be seen as acting in accordance with good karma. By choosing actions that align with their true nature, individuals can cultivate positive karma and enhance their overall well-being.
***
This has to start with ourselves wanting to actively reverse engineer our inner or outer conflicts to find the inner peace we deserve.
