Chakras 5 Disinformation: In our world today there is much disinformation. We see truth being rubbished and untruths be peddled as truth. We can find harmful information portrayed as correct which can influence emotions and responses, not always in a positive way! This is the same for esoteric knowledge. Some leads us in the wrong direction from what we want.
One thing we have always said is that we do not talk about chakras. Although it may seem we are talking about them, we do not speak about the energy centres. We do talk about the effects and dangers. Very simply trying to mess with a chakra directly will cause the person pain in some shape (there is that word again-shape) or form or should we say pose or thought!
The net is full of people trying to influence others. Question is, why? What do they want, what are they trying to sell. In some cases we need to ask who is paying them, who do they work for?
We cannot sell God or spiritual experiences
Chakras are one of those subjects where the general understanding becomes the so-called truth. In many cases, lack of understanding, teaching and knowing the individuality of the student can walk us into problems. We have always stated that we will not give any information that may lead to pain. A little bit of knowledge can be painful when applied the wrong way. It is not the fault of the chakra, it’s the lessons that go around them!
Since our article on chakras and rainbows we have seen a lot of questions and videos with similar queries. We have also seen videos asking why indigo is missing on certain rainbows. However, this being said, if we go back to periods before the renaissance we will see painting of rainbows with only 3 colours. There are reasons be it scientific, spiritual or artistic. (This we will discuss in a separate article).
Rember art can stimulate an emotional response!
Art can convey a feeling just like a yoga pose.

It may be useful to read our articles, energies emotions and yoga parts 1 & 2. For all of our readers in the Western hemisphere does the rainbow look correct with indigo at the top.
Does indigo at the top follow scientific laws?
Does the rainbow follow spiritual law, is the sequence correct?
Does the artistic impression feel right for the reader?
Before we begin to try and open and close our chakras, there is a lot to consider, there is a lot more to learn. Try bending and pulling flowers to make them bloom. It ain’t gonna happen. As we have said before we will damage our flowers. What about the human form, can we interfere? What do our readers think?
In our last article we introduced the word depth we are not going to give all the answers, but we would like our readers to consider depth using the colours and pictures provided. There is an important aspect to consider. Does what we know or have been taught make sense?
To this we must consider Eastern and Western philosophies. Have any of our readers taken into account where the light source comes from to generate a rainbow let alone a chakra?
Do we all understand the consequences of Yin and Yang and Eastern teachings, only together do they create balance or in many cases conflict. Have we thought about how Eastern vibrations affect the Western body, the Western mind? Do we acknowledge the light and the dark, positive and negative thoughts, masculine and feminine, our inner balance, physical and spiritual?
Is one side battling for supremacy over the other?
We should also examine how a prism bends the light to reveal the spectrum? What about the hemispheres of the brain? We should reflect, we should look within for the answers.
Remember we are working on invisible vibrations.
No other can open our chakras, those days have passed. If our chakras could be opened by an external source, then the rainbow would have violet at the top. Assigning colours to chakras is not a good idea, leave it to our spirits within. Just know they are there.
Look at the pictures in this article, close your eyes for a few moments, feel which one is right for you!

Colours are vibrations, just as speech and thought. Poses are vibrations, we must try and have harmony between all. Do the colours or poses which we have been taught create a struggle within? Do we mimic the qualities of the poses outside of our classes? In the west not all poses are equal, in fact some make things worse for us. Wrong vibrations make things difficult; much can cause conflict.
There is one sequence, string or vibration which is complementary to all. It will show that opening a chakra is not as easy as standing and holding a pose. It is the point of peace between East and West.
A pose is a materialised thought.
On many occasions with disinformation, we do not know what to believe but we can find the truth and our path. We look within, we look to the light, the truth within to guide us. Close the eyes for a moment and find ourselves sitting in a beautiful white light allow it to penetrate our bodies, our spirit. A beautiful white light, peaceful, still and comforting. As we sit in this light, imagine the pictures we have presented.
It is only through Harmony that we find peace.
Not Yin, Not Yang
but Unity, Yoga.
Use the light to help us to feel what is right for the reader. Don’t think, FEEL, compare, contrast, reflect. We do not want anyone to believe or accept what we say but each of us has the ability to find the truth within to guide us, to help us with decisions. We need to learn the difference between emotions and feeling, internal and external information. We must also recognise what we do, say, Pose and put into our bodies which may interfere with feelings and emotions.
Connecting to our light within is more than any of us can imagine.
We may find what we have been taught previously is not for us!
Until we can feel what is correct, forget about chakras. Opening the chakras for some is a lot of hard work. If we are really adamant on opening the chakras then try following the sequence, path, vibrations of the warrior pose. Not just any warrior pose, the path of the peaceful warrior. Don’t just stand there, in fact do not do one single pose. Reflect the lessons the pose is trying to teach, try to resonate the pose.
Decalcify the pose, de materialise the pose, turn the pose to thought.
Thought to action, good actions.
Action to deeds, good deeds.
We may then find that what we wanted to open is already in bloom.
We will leave our readers with something to ponder. In many pictures Lord Krishna is depicted as blue or dark blue. What if his actual colour was violet, now that would be interesting?
*The spiritual meaning of a natural rainbow is Hope, the opposite sequence is despair.
