Feeling the Light. Overcoming Death part 8
Feeling the light: Over the last few months this series of articles have been written to help those who are suffering. Those that have read the previous articles will know that death is not the only thing that can be overcome by finding our light within.
We have written with the hope that these articles will be read by those who need these words. We would like our readers to now change the word death to
Obstacles, trauma, sorrow, low self-esteem, betrayal, loneliness, frustration, anger, hate, addiction, jealousy, greed, pain, mistakes and fear to name a few.
We do not expect everyone to believe us, we do not want that, we would like those to try for themselves to become their own proof of the pudding. To learn how to train the mind to connect to what is around us, within us. We do not have to suffer. It becomes apparent very quickly that we begin to feel differently, we must refute the voices in the head that say, “this doesn’t work”, “what a load of rubbish”.
If we accept these thoughts, then we close the door on the healing and help which is waiting for us. It may be difficult in the throws of physical pain to focus the mind. What about those who do not believe, who give up before they start, then they may need the help of another. Sometimes we may need a spark from another to reignite, to strengthen the flame within. It may be a smile, a kind word, a gesture or a kind thought being sent to us from the other side of the world.
It is important to note that we never interfere with another’s lessons or karma. When we share the light or begin to feel the light it brings positive changes for those receiving and sending. If we send the light to get something back, it doesn’t work this way. It must be given with no attachments other than to help our fellows sisters and brothers.
When we seek the light, we begin to attract the highest of vibrations, little by little these healing vibrations becomes stronger. They become part of us. Troubles and woes pass quickly, mountains become mole hills, horror from our pasts hold no sway. The light relieves us from and helps endure pain.
The moment we think of the light we have attracted it; we pull this vibration towards us. Soon enough these thoughts become feelings, understanding, light!
We use these vibrations to infuse our thoughts, our bodies, physical and spiritual. We use the light to lift up our hearts and understandings, to think clearly. To find patience and acceptance, but how do we feel the light!
Its starts simply with the quiet mind and if we cannot find a quiet mind at this time look for a light. It may be a sunrise or a sunset. It can come as a memory or a feeling, it may be the light of a smile, the reunion of old friends or a laugh that brightens up a room. From these thoughts that creates a warm feeling, we are walking in the right direction.
When we begin to feel the light, we will see it everywhere. Imagine the beauty of light surrounding you, it is not imagination so to speak, we become aware of what has always been. Our mind perceives what the eyes may not see as our heart can feel.
Once we see it, we begin to feel the effects, moments of stillness, silence, peace, love, light. Each time we sit in the light we change. Ever, ever so gently, refining ourselves, strengthening, emptying and refilling. The light can be nothing less than of perpetual high vibrations. Once we dip our toes in, we bring tranquillity back with us.
We notice subtle changes, calmness, tolerance, understanding, patience, kindness, humility, peace. Actions of others begin to trouble us less, we become flexible, gentle and tough – meek. The light increases our understanding this changes our reactions and controls those troublesome emotions that disrupt and bring disharmony.

These changes are not just felt by ourselves, those around us will feel this peace, people around us will feel different and won’t know why, our own attitudes, deeds and actions will refine. It will become nature, not second nature, it will become unity, yoga, the yoke is easy.
As we continue to find the light, we will experience more. We will not worry about others who have opposite thoughts on the matter. Our internal experiences make daily life easier, then the belief comes. We just know the light is in all, it will help all and guide us when needed. No one is lost and no one can ever tell you different.
Trauma from the past cannot inflict pain, our self-worth our own value will improve, our value of others will be seen differently. Our feelings with change, material things that what we thought was important will not be. We will find an appreciation and love that we won’t fully understand. The feelings are real they are a gift from the light.
Difficult and draining situations will not tax as much, we will find the extra strength to continue. We will find understanding where there is none, not a thought but a feeling, an internal communication that stops the mind running away with itself.
And for those preparing to say their goodbyes the pain will never reach as far as it could, we will find and know – gnosis, that it is only a temporary separation. There is a light within, call it a “knowing within”, that we will not be separated. Any horrible thoughts of suffering and the final moments are replaced with the clear sight of our loved ones beautiful, reformed, happy and at peace.
An innate inner peace that overcomes all separation and doubt. We will be together again. It doesn’t matter how much torment we go through the inward gut feeling stands strong to all questions. The light, it doesn’t matter how dark it gets, it will always illuminate and when it is our time to return home, this same light will shine on the faces of our loved ones who have gone before, who have come to welcome us home.

Sometimes to see the spectrum of light we may use a prism, if we superimposed this on to a human being, we may see why people associate the chakras with colours and sequences. Each colour has its own frequency and vibration with red being the lowest and violet being the highest. All colours, all healing vibrations are within the light. To get you all thinking and understanding the light in a different way. What is another word for a prism? – it is a triangle and what is a triangle.
It is a,
