A great class this morning. Each one of our students brought in a lovely energy this morning which could be felt long after the class had finished.
Nice to see those who have been away. We would also like to thank Brian for not doing his Ivor the Engine impression this morning (Huffing and Puffing) like he did on Tuesday.
Apparently training your arms the night before early bird is not a good idea (choo choo.)
