Beauty of the light.
Overcoming death part 7
The light is more than we can ever imagine. It is more supportive and helpful than we may realise. The beauty of the light is all encompassing. Unless we try and find what is within us, we may never realise how much the light, will change and improve our lives.
The light not only provides relief from suffering, but it teaches us to look through spiritual eyes, truth and beauty. It is also there for us to find trust and belief when the physical world takes away all that we hold dear. The light reunites.
The light stabilises in times of darkness.
Using an aspect from yoga, many are told they are releasing emotions when in certain poses. This is not quite the full picture. Yes, sometimes a good old cry helps, generally we have put ourselves in a position that has pushed the emotions till they spill over.
What about in life where physical situations push us over our emotional threshold. We are not really releasing emotions, something has stimulated a response. Just like a yoga pose.
Words hold power, they hold vibrations, they hold intentions.
Exactly the same as a yoga pose.
We have shared in the past a yoga position to help with emotional control, especially with grief. It is called the Forlorn Tree or Fallen tree. This being said if we are overcome with emotion or hurt we may not be able to lay down on the floor. Especially if we are in the middle of the supermarket.
However, what about those who do not practice yoga, or yoga may not work with their beliefs or culture, what then?
Find your Light.

The beauty of the light is that it is within all of us on this planet. It is what unites us. Union, yoga, yoked, namaste, noor, hikari. The word changes but the light is within. It is only the physical that ever falls away.
Being yoked, or yoga is to help us see through the physical to see the light. It can help us find Grace where there may not be any. Situations may be raw with intolerable suffering, but the light gives respite, it reunites, yoga.
For our yoga readers, your practice is to reconnect you to the light. For those grieving it is to let us feel, our loved ones are safe, secure, renewed. Another aspect of the lights beauty is that once felt, it can never be unfelt. It does not care what religion we are born into or follow.
Those battling unstable and uncontrolled emotions. Those who cannot stop releasing emotions, who are slave to outside and mental forces. The light is for you. Those that battle inner forces, mental forces that create erratic thoughts and actions. Thoughts and emotions that create pain.
The lights beauty counteracts darkness sorrow, self-loathing, anger and hate.
When we look for the light, its not only that we cannot un-feel it. Our eyes begin to change, how we see things change. Our outlook changes, our perspective improves, our posture, our mental posture.
Any of our readers seeing any connections (hint we have been writing about this for some time).
The light strengthens, the noor strengthens, the hikari strengthens.
The light controls emotions, it illuminates so nothing ever seems so dark.
In times of turmoil, it can provide the peace that we need. When words irritate or nothing more can be said, find the light within. The light is a beautiful garden that once seen, its majesty changes us. We wish to walk in it, explore it and feel the warm son light on our faces. We cannot forget the light, the feeling, the peace. It is not a memory it is a seed, it is a vibration, that grows as we seek the garden, the light, Grace.
If life has been horrid, cruel, nasty or evil. Find your light, the light of beauty, the light of change, your healing garden. Your place of peace. The garden of growth, of regeneration, of peace, of beauty, of Grace. Tomorrow’s garden is in the light, tomorrow’s garden is Hope.
The light is Harmony. What we find in the light is for us to keep with us at all times. We have many spiritual sisters that walk this path with us, help us and console us.
It takes only moments, close our eyes, imagine a beautiful light around us. Feel that light penetrating our bodies, the warmth on our faces. The stillness, the peace, use the mind to create the tranquillity, use the light to quiet the mind. To squash troubling thoughts.
Where there is light there cannot be dark. Let the light shine. In these moments, fleeting moments, we may become aware of another sister. Her name is Joy, we may know her by her other name, Bliss.
We wish you all unity with your spirits.
