Sophie will be covering Lee tomorrow morning at 10am, hot yoga with her lovely calming spin on a Vinyasa Flow.
Lee has a very important weekend else where but we send him all our prayers and good luck for Sunday! You can do it! Lee will be back a week after next.
Sunday 24th September.
Francine is taking on our 108 sun salutations challenge to raise money for our charity that we work with every year. The Venus Centre, Bootle, helping woman and children who need a helping hand. Let’s raise as much money as possible for them to make their Christmas special. Who’s joining us? 9:30am start.
And lastly we wish Louise good luck in her marathon on Sunday in Berlin. Remember the techniques we learnt in last weeks workshop (dealing with negative thoughts) and you’ll be flying! Let us know how you get on!
