To all those who visited today, the team would like to say thank you.
From the moment we opened, we had people walking through the door and for the rest of the day we were all kept busy.
Our visitors had hypnotherapy and help changing problematic thoughts from Paul of the Enlightened Mind.
Maureen was busy helping others to calm the mind, counselling and giving help to those who needed a friendly ear.
Rachel gave Reiki healings and taught about using crystals to heal and gave some very good spiritual advice to all that she spoke to.
John massaged and gave cupping healing to many unexpected visitors who jumped at the chance to have a quick massage and to have those problem muscles looked at.
Our friend Dionne arrived and gave talks on arts and creativity that she uses and teaches, to those who suffer with depression and help create positive change.
We gave talks on addiction and how unseen influences can make things harder, we spoke about what we do, why and how we do it.
We spoke about the dangers of Angel Reiki and Regression, we gave healings for those who needed a bit of clarity or felt lost, we gave healing to those who were battling loss and pain.
We spoke about using Yoga in a different way, dangerous spiritual practices, meditation and how our minds can be interfered with and how our lives can change after a turn of events in our personal lives. We gave understandings and teachings from the spirit world and spiritual laws.
We spoke about all the chaos we see in our world and why many feel nothing is changing, those who are called conspiracy theorists and how to find truth from within.
We made lots of tea and coffee, shared biscuits and cake over chats, questions and healings to those who just popped in to see what we were about and to those who know there is something more.
And finally we would like to thank our friend Carole for the baking lesson and a much enjoyed by all, Victoria Sponge.
Todays event was thoroughly enjoyed by all, especially the team. We will be in touch soon with the next date for our Day of Healing but we would ask all to share their experiences of the day and that if you know someone who needs some help then point them in our direction.
