The hole Idea. Understanding self-healing: We have been writing and teaching self-healing for quite a long time now. The thing is we have only just begun to scratch the surface. There is so much more that we have not started to teach yet. There are many elements, but the process is simple. In the new year we will organise some dates for new courses.
We will run the beginner’s course and then for those who wish to return we will run a separate course to continue and build lessons on what has already been taught.
When we talk of self-healing many people tell us, “I am ok at the moment”, “I don’t have any aches and pains”. Physical pain and the ability to deal and control it is one of the lesser elements. There is so much more.
Self-healing can be one of those things that when we look at ourselves, we are completely happy or at peace with ourselves. The past holds no powers, actions or deeds however upsetting do not shape our future.
Horrible experiences or memories no longer bind us into self-harming thought patterns. Losing loved ones or children, seeing our friends and family killed. Despicable acts and abuses can lose the power to inflict pain, hate and anger.
Again still, self-healing is more. It can help us make better decisions, to look at things in different ways, to find new solutions. Self-healing can allow us to make up for our own wrongs, to put right what we thought could not be.
We can begin to understand ourselves in a completely new way to where we see how to put things right for ourselves. We can address our own issues and situations.
The Hole Idea.
It helps us to find comfort when we are lost, sad, lonely or grieving. We can learn to calm the emotions and let go of thought pattens that trap us. We can free ourselves from guilt and shame that may have been inflicted on ourselves, by ourselves or others.
By our own deeds we can address the balance, we can bring back harmony into our lives. We can learn how words, deeds and actions create our day, our weeks, our lives. We can learn to negate, change and improve our situations.
Still, we are only talking about a small portion of self-healing. Then there is the love, we can find this within and when we find it, it lights up our faces, we feel different. Our mouths and hearts begin to smile for no reason other than what we have touched within.
We use the word love, but it means so much more, courage, contentment, friendship, belief, strength, resolve, agility and understanding are but a few. This love is, this light we carry within is bursting to shine, to show us that it is there. It wishes to improve our situations and ourselves. Most of us would not believe how this one element can improve our relationships, our homes, our environment, our happiness and our peace.
Yet there is still so much more. On the journey of self-healing and inward the old us becomes renewed, regenerated. Many of us will lose the loneliness and sadness that we carry, the invisible pains that we cannot share let alone put into words.
Then we must consider those who are not sick or ill, troubled or in pain. The journey of self-healing takes another route, we begin to know ourselves, to discover what is within and understand peace. Our cravings and desires cannot touch what we have found, living in the physical world becomes easier.
When we look at the world and how bad it has become, we can find hope. No longer do we judge situations with the physical eyes. Not all is always as it seems. The light within guides our minds our thoughts, it calms the emotions, this light cuts through lies and illusions. We no longer look externally for truth; we find it within.
Regardless, if we are studying for an exam or writing a book, learning new skills or learning to cope with new situations. Battling illness or injury or wanting to find truth, self-healing always helps. Not because self-healing can do this but “All is in the light” and self-healing teaches us to find the light within.
For those in psychic development, those who communicate with spirits, self-healing will guide your way. It will enhance our knowledge and ripen our harvest. It may turn what we thought we knew on its head. Once we learn how it all works and stop looking externally for answers, everything changes for the better.
It doesn’t matter what the problem is or what we wish to improve, that blip, that hole, that missing peace can be found and placed. What we may have considered broken can be made Whole.
Lord Krishna had a word for self-healing, he called it yoga, union. Yeshua had an expression, he called it,” finding the kingdom”. Many of us have been self-healing for a long time. How many of us have truly connected, touched that light that improves everything, changes us for the better.
Once we have illuminated ourselves, we can then help others, we can change our surroundings. No longer will we have to suffer or watch others suffer. We can change and improve our world, step by step, light by light. We will not fear for our children or grandchildren. We can become architects, co-creators, freemasons, builders.
What we build is our choice.
