Hi, I’m Lisa,
I have 18 years’ experience within the health/fitness industry. I am one of the owners of Life Balance. I teach Pilates and Vinyasa flow Yoga and give private sessions and smaller group sessions.
I have gained knowledge and skills that over the years to help peoples health, wellness, aches, pains and mental health. I am always planning and researching how I can further my knowledge and skills, therefore being able to offer additional services.
I have a passion for Yoga, Pilates, fitness, wellbeing and life balance. I have had great success in helping people with posture and health problems.
I teach at Absolute Yoga in Crosby and I also offer 1-1’s in the comfort of your own home. I can bring all props if needed so all you need to do is make the change!

Health benefits of Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
